Products & Pricing

Droxey sells pet feeding accessories and pet grooming products through our online store. We make reasonable efforts to keep product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images accurate. That said, occasional errors or display discrepancies may occur.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, modify or remove products, limit available quantities, and cancel orders that appear suspicious or involve pricing errors. All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).

Placing an Order

When you submit an order, you confirm that the shipping, billing, and contact information you provide is accurate and complete. Orders may be reviewed and, where necessary, canceled or limited due to inventory constraints, suspected fraudulent activity, or pricing inaccuracies.

Droxey accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as its sole payment method. No payment card data is collected or stored on our systems.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. All shipments are handled through FedEx, with a standard transit time of 4–6 business days and an estimated delivery window of 5–8 business days from the date of purchase. A flat shipping fee of $10.00 USD applies to all orders.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays caused by carrier operations, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control may occasionally impact arrival times. Tracking details are provided by email once an order has shipped.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products, provided items are returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of inspection. A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total. Exchanges are also accepted in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible. If that window has passed, the item may still qualify for return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Droxey website — including logos, product images, graphics, written content, and design elements — is the property of Droxey unless otherwise indicated. Using, reproducing, or distributing any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Errors & Corrections
