How We Get Your Order to You
At Droxey, we ship all orders through FedEx and aim to get every package moving as quickly as possible. This page covers everything you need to know about shipping rates, processing times, delivery estimates, and what to do if something comes up along the way.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rate
A flat rate of $10.00 USD applies to all orders, regardless of size or quantity. This fee is calculated at checkout, and all prices on our store are listed in US Dollars.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship on weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) on a business day are typically reviewed for same-day processing. Anything submitted after that cutoff — or over the weekend — will generally begin processing on the next available business day.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may run slightly longer than usual.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is picked up by FedEx, transit typically takes 4–6 business days. Most customers receive their orders within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase.
These timelines are estimates and serve as a general guide. Delays caused by carrier operations, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery dates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, a confirmation email with your tracking information will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please allow a short period after receiving this notification for tracking activity to appear in the system.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Droxey is not responsible for delays, undelivered packages, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at support@droxey.shop. We'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Changes & Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or been handed off to FedEx, changes may no longer be possible. If that window has passed, the item may still qualify for a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Delayed or Missing Packages
While we work with FedEx to ensure reliable delivery, occasional delays can occur. If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact our support team and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
Taxes & Additional Charges
No import duties or additional taxes are applied to domestic US orders upon delivery. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.
