What kind of products does Droxey carry?
We specialize in pet feeding accessories and pet grooming products. Our selection is kept focused so we can offer items that are practical, reliable, and suited for everyday use.
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add the items you'd like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, so no payment is required when you order — you pay when your package arrives at your door.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Modifications and cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After that point, your order may have already entered processing and changes may no longer be feasible. If you need to make an adjustment, contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
A flat shipping fee of $10.00 USD applies to all orders. This amount is shown clearly before you complete checkout — no surprises.
How long does delivery take?
Here's a general breakdown of our standard delivery timeline:

- Shipping Transit: 4–6 business days
- Estimated Delivery Window: 5–8 business days from the date of purchase
These are estimates. Occasional delays due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays may affect arrival times.
Which carrier handles my shipment?
All orders are shipped through FedEx.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, a confirmation email with your tracking details will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please allow a short period after receiving the notification for tracking activity to update.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for both defective and non-defective items. Returned products must be unused, in new condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The exception is if your item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — in those cases, please contact us directly and we'll work through it with you.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. A $5.00 restocking fee applies to approved returns and will be deducted from your refund before it is issued.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time before the amount appears in your account.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are accepted for eligible items. Reach out to our support team to get the process started.
